Flexible Spending Accounts
Rockwood School District provides a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for eligible employees. FSAs allow for qualified medical and child care expanses to be paid with pre-tax money.
Rockwood School District provides eligible employees a $50,000 life insurance policy. Employees may purchase supplemental life insurance for themselves, their spouse and/or their children.
Rockwood School District provides eligible employees long-term disability insurance. This benefit provides up to 50 percent of an employee's salary if they are disabled and unable to work after a 75 day waiting period.
