While Kid Superintendent's message this week is very non-characteristic of what we normally hear from him, he reminds us that Rockwood is part of a much larger community.
Kid Superintendent is back with a shout-out to teachers! The boy administrator cites teachers who have proven inspirational. And he points out that all of them educate us.
Rockwood School District Kid Superintendent Bennett Bachert has some new advice for the New Year! So pull up a chair and learn from the young administrator. (FYI... there's a dance break.)
Kid Superintendent is back and has a message about character. "Character, it's about caring - and a lot more! How about we hear from some of my friends?"
Kid Superintendent is back, and he has a message just for parents! He knows parents have a big job. Raising kids is tough! He has some tips to make your lives easier.
February 15 was Presidents' Day, and that got Kid Superintendent thinking. We've had so many great leaders in the White House, but we have a lot of great leaders in Rockwood too!

"We are in need of uplifting news, and I'm excited to share something that is sure to bring countless smiles to many. Our world needs to reinvent how we view our children as leaders. Kids truly do hold the answers to our future, and we can never afford to minimize the potential impact of their leadership. Society can learn a lot by listening to our young ones, and Kid Superintendent has much to offer in the way of simple wisdom and advice.
What am I proud of? I'm proud of Ben, and I know you'll enjoy his first video message to the world. It gives us hope, and it should give us a well-deserved smile. Share it with your friends, family and colleagues, and let's support our Kid Superintendent as he teaches us how to value the world around us through the eyes of our youth."

It all began weeks ago with a request from Rockwood Superintendent Dr. Eric Knost. "I'm looking for Kid Superintendent," he shared. "I want someone to be an inspirational voice for all students, making our school district an even better place for kids."
More than 100 Rockwood students took the challenge and submitted videos and essays. Dr. Knost watched and read every one. "I could not be more proud of all of our students in the Rockwood School District. "They are all winners!"
Dr. Eric Knost and Ben believe that kids can achieve big things and make the world better, every day for rest of our lives.
